I caught this moment when Saturday went to New York City with my family.

Do you think it's very delightful that more and more dads go shopping, cooking, and cleaning that will give moms more free time to do the things they want to do. I can image that this gentleman's wife probably is taking a nap, or having a cup of coffee with a friend, or taking an art lesson when he took their baby for shopping. What a break!

Eggplant

I got bunch of the small eggplants from the farmer market. They are really cheap. Only two dollars for a basket and one basket probably has twenty of them. They are small and fresh. I love its dark purple skin color.

Relaxing

One of the lady was sitting on the grass and watching her son's soccer game. I love this quiet moment.

My husband was holding my daughter when she was playing monkey bar at a park. I love this moment.

I caught this moment at my son's soccer game. Two girls were standing on the soccer balls, chatting to each other, and watching their brothers' game. Very fun to sketch. I hope there is one day I have time and space to paint them.

Pink flower

I picked this pink flower from my backyard and I don't know its name. I just started to paint flowers and love them so much. Two weeks ago I gave this painting to my neighbor Sue as a gift.

Violin 3

I borrowed a violin from a close friend and make couple of painting of that, this is the third of them.

I left this little one without finish. I just don't want to finish it.

The overall tone is too gray for me. I'm not really satisfy with this painting. Keep practice!

I got this purple cup and flower pot at a dollar store and I love them so much. I love to buy cheap staffs. I love the overall tone of purple vs orange color.

Orange Mug

Red and Green

I got this white syrup pitch at a closing store with a good price. I think I painted it too darker. White staff is hard for me to paint. Keep learning. The complementary colors of red and green did catch people's eye. My husband didn't like the sharp edge of the apple, but I like. I always laugh his chemical head.
