Painting from the same rose. The rose was in my front door. When the weather is getting cold the rose is almost going to die. Its color probably is the only pink during the later autumn in the place which I lived.

Last Rose No.1

Pink flower

I picked this pink flower from my backyard and I don't know its name. I just started to paint flowers and love them so much. Two weeks ago I gave this painting to my neighbor Sue as a gift.

Tangerine and Green Bowl

I love the bright orange color on the tangerine.

Stainless steel cup

The reflection of the cup created more dynamic of the picture and made subject more interesting. I spent most of the time to paint the cup and tried very hard to get the refection right. The strawberry and the blueberry, I spent no more than five minutes on them. Keep going!

Two Slice of Watermelon

This is my first watermelon painting.I just love the bright red color of the subject and the inner voice of my brain told me that I got paint it. Love it.

White Pot and Grape

White thing is always hard for me to paint. This is one of my white pot painting practicing and it looks not that bad.

Chinese Eggplant

This is my first time to paint eggplant. I think I have the trouble with the form. However, I do think that the combination of the dark subject with the light background is the good choice. Keep practice!
