Watercolor Study by Jenny Liang

Now it's the end of semester and I feel good about to have extra time to do some of the watercolor practices myself. Here are few pieces I did during the past few days for studying one of my favorite watercolor painter Keiko Tanabe's works and her paintings were great caught the atmosphere of the places. Hope you and your family have a great summer.

Creative Drawing - Raining Day

Sketching Study by Jenny Liang

It's been wet and raining for couple days; temperature is mild though comfortable without heat and AC and I found the best thing to do for the unpleasant weather day is to draw and paint with the music and a cup of coffee; that's today I did a small sketching study from Norman Rockwell's No Swimming, 1921. It takes me half hour get the shape right another half hour to fix the ratio problems; and hope you can find something to do for the week long raining days.
